Callebaut W2 Callets is one of the authentic recipes created by Octaaf Callebaut. Recipe No. W2 has become a favorite of many chefs. It is also one of the most Belgian chocolates, made primarily with milk from cows raised on Belgian pastures and sugar from local beet plantations. Delicious, it is characterized by perfectly balanced notes of milk, cream, caramel, and vanilla. W2 pairs well with a wide range of ingredients and flavors, from sour to bitter, spices to herbs, and fruits to beers. With an intermediate fluidity, it is an excellent all-around chocolate. In chocolate bars or hollow figures, it will surprise you with its beautiful satiny shine and crunch. Use it with your eyes closed to flavor mousses, creams, ice creams, drinks, sauces, and more. Each pack contains 400 g.
