Boni Selection offers whole sardines caught by seine nets in the Western Channel or the North Bay of Biscay (FAO 27.VIIe, VIIIa). These sardines have the MSC label and are packaged in Spain. Each pack contains between 9 and 18 pieces, weighing 600g.

Origin: Caught with a seine net in the Western Channel or in the Bay of Biscay - north (FAO 27.Vlle,Vllla). Packed in Spain.

Defrosting: The safest way to defrost food is to place it in the refrigerator. Cover the food and place it a few hours in advance or the night before in the coldest part of the refrigerator, just above the vegetable drawer. It's best to prepare frozen food within 24 hours of removing it from the freezer. You can also defrost frozen food in the microwave, using the defrost setting.

Store frozen products in a closed freezer at a temperature below -18°C. Close tightly after each use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
