Pains au chocolat: wheat flour, 22% butter, water, 10.5% chocolate [sucre, pâte de cacao, beurre de cacao, émulsifiant (E322, contient du soja)] , sugar, yeast, free-range eggs, wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier (E472e), flour treatment agent (E300), enzyme.

Defrosting: The safest way to defrost food is to place it in the refrigerator. Cover the food and place it a few hours in advance or the night before in the coldest part of the refrigerator, just above the vegetable drawer.
