Maizena Gravy Roux thickens your dark and brown sauces, thin stews, and casseroles, making them perfectly creamy and lump-free. Easy to use, simply add directly to boiling liquid to further thicken your sauce. Stir well. Cook for 1 minute. For an even thicker sauce, add more Maizena Roux and continue boiling for 1 minute. Each pack contains 250g.
