This semi-liquid pita sauce, emulsified into a creamy mixture, is seasoned with a little garlic and aromatic herbs. A typical sauce to use on your pita, kebab, or gyros, but also excellent with pork or mutton and hamburgers. It can be enriched with yogurt or cottage cheese. 3-liter bucket

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil (65%), fresh egg yolks, water, garlic powder, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, herbs), dextrose, vinegar, salt, milk constituent, dextrose, herbs, spices, food acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), antioxidants (calcium disodium EDTA).

May contain traces of gluten, soy, celery and fish.
