Vanreusel's Thüringer is a large sausage in a casing made according to a German recipe. This Thüringer sausage is also delicious in a bun, perhaps with hot sauerkraut as a hot dog. Each pack contains 30 x 140 g.

Cooking: Frozen: Deep fryer 6 minutes at 180°, Defrosted: Deep fryer 3 minutes at 180°, Frozen: Pan 10 minutes, Defrosted: Pan 6 minutes.

Ingredients: Chicken (mechanically separated meat, collagen), water, wheat starch, salt, soy hydrolysate, emulsifier (E451), spices, lactose, flavour enhancer (E621), vegetable powder (onions, garlic), rapeseed oil, dried vegetables (onions).

May contain traces of egg.

Defrosting: The safest way to defrost food is to place it in the refrigerator. Cover the food and place it a few hours in advance or the night before in the coldest part of the refrigerator, just above the vegetable drawer. It is best to prepare frozen food within 24 hours of removing it from the freezer. You can also defrost frozen food in the microwave, using the defrost setting.

Store frozen products in a closed freezer at a temperature below -18°C. Close tightly after each use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
