With Dr. Oetker's cupcake mix, you can easily make 12 delicious plain cupcakes. These cupcakes are ideally shaped for easy decoration. Add 2 eggs, 75g softened butter (or margarine), and 75ml milk. Each pack contains 250g.

Preparation :

- Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the 12 small cake molds on it.
- Preheat the oven.
- Pour the dough mix into a bowl, add the softened butter (or margarine), eggs and milk.
- Beat everything with a whisk for about 1 minute, increasing the speed. The batter should be smooth.
- Divide the batter into the 12 molds using 2 tablespoons.
- Place the tray halfway up the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
- To check for doneness, insert a knife blade into the center of a cupcake. If the batter doesn't stick to the knife, the cupcakes are ready! They should be golden brown.
- Once the cupcakes have cooled on a wire rack, they are ready to be decorated!
