Ingredients: 30% Cod (fish), 30% Alaska pollock (fish), water, flour (wheat, corn), breadcrumbs (wheat), sunflower oil, modified wheat starch, starch (corn), salt, egg white, whey powder (milk), dextrose, flavor enhancer (E621), raising agents (E450, E500), dried glucose syrup (wheat), spices, milk protein, thickener (guar gum).

Defrosting: The safest way to defrost food is to place it in the refrigerator.
