La Chouffe Blonde is a cloudy, golden-colored beer with a firm, white, and very tight head. La Chouffe Blonde has a fruity aroma (peach - apricot) with a hint of coriander and a subtle hoppiness. La Chouffe Blonde is a sweet, slightly bitter beer with a fresh, drying finish, with fruity, spicy (coriander) and hoppy notes. This strong blonde beer has an ABV of 8.0%. La Chouffe Blonde pairs perfectly with fennel, asparagus, broccoli, salmon, tuna, lobster, mussels, smoked salmon with dill, cooked chicken, cooked veal, Fleur d'Audresselles, Beaufort Haut Alpage, ... For the record, the Achouffe brewery is like a fairy tale. “A hobby that has become a full-fledged profession,” joke its founders Chris Bauweraerts and Pierre Gobron. The two friends began their brewing activities in 1982, in the small village of Achouffe.
